Core Package — What's Included?
Our core monitoring subscription includes the 24/7 receipt, logging, and management of the following signals from your security system.
Triggered when the security system detects unauthorised entry into a protected space.
Fire Triggered when the fire detection system identifies smoke, high temperature, or the presence of fire on the premises.
Panic / Robbery (Panic Button) An immediate distress signal manually activated by the user in an emergency, such as a threat, attack, or serious danger.
An urgent signal raised when immediate health-related support is required —
triggered manually via a dedicated panic/medical button or a portable device such as a remote or wearable.
Triggered when water is detected on the protected premises.
Triggered when an attempt to breach, open, or damage a physical device of the system — such as a motion detector, keypad, or siren — is detected.
An alert received by the Central Monitoring Station when communication with a premises' alarm system is interrupted.
Sent when the power supply to the protected premises is interrupted, enabling
immediate assessment of whether the cause is a technical fault or a potential malicious act.
A technical (trouble) signal sent by an alarm system to indicate that its battery voltage is low.
A silent distress signal activated when the user is under direct threat from an intruder,
typically sent via a dedicated (duress) code
so that no one realises an alert has been raised.
Ambush / Duress A special distress signal sent silently when the user is under threat
or coercion, allowing authorities to be
discreetly alerted without the perpetrator's knowledge.
Relates to the activation (arming) and
deactivation (disarming) of the alarm system.
Received when someone is forced to deactivate the alarm under pressure — a silent distress notification.
Isolation: temporarily deactivates a faulty
or under-maintenance zone without affecting the rest of the system.
Restore: returns the zone to normal operation.
Allows different areas of a security system to be managed separately while using the same user code across all zones.
